A little bit about Me…

I’m deeply family-oriented and value connection, authenticity, and presence in both my personal life and my work. I have a strong love for the outdoors and often incorporate nature into my practice through walk-and-talk sessions or movement-based work like yoga. Being outside is one of the ways I stay grounded, and I enjoy helping clients tap into that same sense of balance and regulation.

I have a deep love for animals, a passion for travel, and a strong commitment to self-growth and discovery—both for myself and the people I work with. I grew up in New Mexico and Colorado, which shaped my appreciation for nature, resilience, and community.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC), I entered this field with a genuine desire to do meaningful work and contribute something positive to the world. My path is rooted in the belief that healing is possible, and that with the right support, people can create real, lasting change—just as I’ve experienced through the support of others in my own life.

Healing with Intention

A large tree with thick, gnarly roots and a dense canopy of green leaves, sunlight shining through branches.

Healing begins by understanding the root—not just managing symptoms. I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care that is client-centered, intentional, and results-driven. My work focuses on creating meaningful, systemic change through deep self-exploration and healing, using clinically proven methods shown to be highly effective.

For couples, I offer focused, structured work designed to move beyond surface-level conflict and address the underlying patterns driving disconnection. Whether you’re navigating betrayal, feeling stuck in recurring cycles, or questioning the future of your relationship, the goal is to create clarity, rebuild trust, and foster more secure, effective communication.

With EMDR, I use a trauma-informed, research-backed approach to help clients process and resolve distressing experiences at their root. This method is highly effective in reducing emotional intensity, shifting negative core beliefs, and allowing the nervous system to fully heal—so you’re no longer stuck reliving the past.

Individual psychotherapy offers a space for deeper, ongoing work around identity, emotional regulation, relationships, and life transitions. Together, we identify patterns, build insight, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change—helping you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and alignment.
